If you're suffering from hearing loss, we can help you choose the best hearing aid solution. We'll generally be able to book you in for a fitting appointment, within 2 weeks, and talk through how to get the best from your new hearing device.
Meet Your Hearing Care Specialist Yasser Mahmood
Yasser qualified as an HCA in April 2023 from The Audiology Academy. He is currently undertaking his Hearing Aid Dispenser course at De Monfort University in Leicester.
He finds great satisfaction in helping patients, knowing that his work improves patients' hearing and overall quality of life. This rewarding role brings the joy of seeing patients smile and experiencing the impact of improved hearing. Yasser is also fully qualified in wax removal using Micro-suction.
In his spare time, Yasser likes to spend time with his family, watching sports such as football, F1, tennis, snooker and cricket. He also enjoys going to eat with family and friends.
Yasser takes pride in his job, especially in meeting new patients, guiding them on their hearing care journey, and delivering the highest standard of patient care.
